Geneva, Switzerland — March 14, 2011 — Ellisys, a worldwide leader in protocol test and analysis solutions, today announced that Testronic Labs, a leading provider of quality assurance services to the games, home entertainment, software and hardware industries, has selected the Ellisys Explorer™ 280 protocol test, analysis, and compliance verification system for use in the company’s SuperSpeed USB test and characterization program. The widely deployed Explorer 280, the industry’s first SuperSpeed USB protocol analyzer/generator system, provides deep-featured protocol and bus analysis, port emulation, and compliance testing for SuperSpeed USB hosts, devices, and hubs.
